Lawrence has more than 15 years of human resources, organizational development and talent management experience. He oversees design, development and delivery of all internal human resources programs at BST and also serves as a consultant for BST’s human resources outsourcing division.
- Jack McGaughnea, Senior Advisor, BST & Co.
McGaughnea has nearly 40 years of experience as a human resources professional. He currently serves as a consultant for BST’s human resources outsourcing division, which focuses on operational and management consulting for small and medium-sized businesses.

Gutman works with small, mid-sized and large businesses to identify best solutions for human capital management, including payroll services, time and attendance, and retirement and insurance services.

Using a blend of personal insight, research and hands-on experience as a diversity educator, higher education administrator and genderqueer person, Hannahs works to build bridges and solve problems for organizations with an expertise in organizational transformation related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
