Jess joined our Talent & Culture Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2021. She has over 14 years of accounting and financial service industry experience, including office management and client services. Jess is responsible for managing the candidate talent acquisition and hiring process by posting roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, fostering relationships with leadership teams and coaching all parties through the hiring process.
Building robust relationships with candidates and Line of Business Leaders to ensure an elevated level of customer service is what Jess does best. Not only is she mindful of BST’s best interest, but she also works to prioritize the needs of team members and candidates. Jess finds being at the heart of BST, and in a position that provides both internal and external support, to be highly rewarding.
